had a relaxing break in Wanaka and Asure exceeded my expectations. Loved the free spa, spacious room with comfy bed, and the convenient location just a short walk into town. Great wifi and helpful staff made it even better.

Best location in town! Short walk to lakefront, shops, and restaurants. The owners are incredibly helpful and friendly. They made us feel right at home. The room, while not super modern, was very clean and cozy. We had a lovely view of the mountains from our room. Free parking and free wifi were a great bonus.

The decor and furniture in the room looked a bit tired and could use an update. The view of the lake was not as advertised, and you would need good eyesight to see it.

I recently stayed at a motel in Wanaka for a few nights and had a great experience. The staff at the reception were very friendly and helpful, even providing us with an extra roll out bed when we needed it. The location of the motel is fantastic, just a quick 2-minute walk to the main street. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We enjoyed having a picnic table in the back to eat at. The shower had different pressure options, which was a nice touch. our stay at this motel was excellent and I would definitely recommend it to others.

Had three separate beds for 3 adults,

very modern new bathroom but out of date decor in lounge/bedroom

Proximity to the town centre, it was low key and not pompous! Friendly and helpful owners/managers, good shower facilities, nice and warm, good parking right outside the units, quiet (some noise from above unit but nothing offensive or unacceptable), nice outlook, clean.

Nothing major but, the drying room needed to be warmed earlier to ensure boots were dry for the following day.

The location was great as it was easy to get to the nearby lake and other attractions. The host was friendly and provided great suggestions for places to visit. The room was spacious and had a great view. The bathroom was clean and stocked with fresh towels.

Our stay was ruined by a few negative aspects. there were no curtains on the windows, which made it difficult to sleep with the bright New Year lights shining through the window.

The property was old and dated, whilst there was onsite parking it was quite small and not very easy to park larger cars ( four wheel drives). I felt compared to other properties that we had stayed at over our two week holiday that at $250 NZD for the night that it was not good value for money.

Very comfortable, nice and warm (winter stay) easy check in/out. Close to main centre restaurants etc.

This hotel offers great value for money with comfortable rooms and good quality sheets. The location is perfect, with stunning views of the mountains and a lovely stream running through the back of the property. I especially enjoyed sitting on the balcony, sipping wine and watching TV. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, providing great recommendations for local restaurants. The warm spa was a much-needed treat after a long day of walking.

No improvements needed, everything was great.

Very friendly owners. Great location , very near town and the lake. Very comfortable quiet rooms. Would return and recommend.
